A nine-store retail operation in Poland, trading daily throughout the programme.

The operation needed to be separated from an existing group technology estate and stood up independently, without interrupting trade.
03 – System
Core retail infrastructure was separated and rebuilt: point of sale, ERP, store hardware and network, product and stock architecture, procurement, finance, and e-commerce and omnichannel.
